The historical neck and shoulder pain that I endured over the past few years has gone and the normal free movement in my neck has been restored.
Improvement was obvious after the first session in October 2022 and progress continued over the next 3 sessions. The treatment given and simple exercises undertaken at home were hugely successful.

"I looked for a little bit of pain release with my chronic migraines. Other doctors said I should just take pain killers. But I arranged an appointment with Anthony and he found out: my headaches are caused by my neck. Since the first session I haven't taken any painkillers ! My headaches were fewer and not that strong as there have been. He made an injury assessment, a massage and showed me exercises to do at home till the next appointment. He is friendly, very polite and professional. He looks after your comfort zone and is understanding. Totally recommend! ."
