Payment is taken via bank transfer. This can be done before you arrive or at the end of the session.

Parking on Clifton Road and Hilton Road is free and there is plenty of space on both roads.

For the treatment on the lower half, a loose pair of shorts that you are comfortable wearing is recommended (that can be pulled up to the gluteal crease). A towel will be placed over any piece of your body that is not getting treated.

For the upper body, please wear a bra that you can easily undo from the back (no sports bra) a gown will be offered to wear back-to-front during the treatment.
